I'm Josh

I'm a very down to earth personal trainer/coach who will often crack the odd Dad joke

My aim in life is to help as many people as possible become healthier, happier, fitter and stronger by leading a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

I've helped 100's of people achieve thier goals, whether that be weightloss, gaining muscle or learning to lift. Whatever your goal, I've got you 100%.

Deep down, I'm a massive nerd, I love how the biomechanics of things work. Which includes the human body. I like to read (when I get chance too). There's always something to learn, and somebody to learn from.

I'm a family man, so I can understand the challenges involved with raising a young family. (making time for yourself, eating, etc...)
